<p>With the rapid development of highway construction, road maintenance work need higher requirements. Specialization, mechanization has become an inevitable trend of road maintenance. The current maintenance equipment is wide variety, high technology and strong professional. It requires the operator to have the relative experience to master the scientific maintenance technology. Strengthen the normal operation and maintenance will greatly extend the use life of equipment, improve equipment using efficiency, thus saving a lot of money.</p>
<h3>1. Maintenance during long time parking</h3>
<p>Most of the highway maintenance equipment is professional and strong, such as snow removal equipment, road equipment, testing equipment, more opportunities for long-term parking. Many units not pay too much attention on equipment during parked. It often occurred the equipment not be ready when the emergency use , affecting the progress of conservation work not smooth. Therefore, prepare the below work during the equipment packing:</p>
<p>1)Disabled equipment should be parked in the device library,can not be at open storage, in order to avoid the erosion of natural factors on the device;</p>
<p>2)Done the dynamic check carefully, start on the device regularly,check whether the components running well, if leakage, identify problems in time;</p>
<p>3)check the control system often.</p>
<h3>2. The keypoint of motor maintenance</h3>
<p>1)Read the engine manufacturer's technical information carefully, select the kind, quality level and viscosity level of motor oil according to require.. Because with the gap and accuracy class different models, internal engine moving parts between different series vary, so the requirements of different engine lubricating oil are also different. Recently, the normal quality level of USA motor are using the APICE-4 motor oil.While the motors produce in Europe and Japan are using the CCMC-D4,CCMC-D5 motor oil. Strictly according to the factory requirement to choose the lubricating oil.</p>
<p>2)Check the lubricant before operate the equipment , replace the engine oil and oil filter by requirements, oil filter should use the original product.Shorten the replace time if using the higher sulfur content diesel. </p>
