<h3>1. Preparatory work</h3>
<p>Make sure the slotting machine and crack sealing machine are working well.Confirm the joints design according to the situation of pavement cracks. Start the crack sealing machine and put the sealant into the pot to be heated and mixed to 193℃ but not exceed 204℃.Trailed the crack sealing machine back of the truck, equips the sealant, separated verge, safety signs and slotting router and piggy blower or heating lance on the truck.Hang to predetermined construction sites, closed the half of road demi to be as a construction zone.</p>
<h3>2. Slotting </h3>
<p>Adjusted the slot depth according to the design of slotted size in advance, then start to slot. Adjust the slot size according to the type of crack width to meet the minimum requirements.</p>
<h3>3. Crack cleaning</h3>
<p>Clear up the dust inside the cracks and both sides of the slag at least 10cm scope thoroughly,be clean, dry and suitable temperature for operation plane.</p>
<h3>4. Sealing </h3>
<p>（Caution：If the temperature of fill joint is below 5 ℃ , sealing machine must be equipped with a heat gun for the slotted cracks , if not heat the pothole at this temperature will reduce the adhesion of the sealant; if the temperature is high than 5 ℃,it may not necessary to be heated, usually the effect will be better if heated. ) Pouring the sealant to the slot averagely after the sealant temperature reached , there is a blade head equipped on the sealing machine gun, which can blow away the excess material, so that the sides of the fracture line can be same width and the thickness of the seal tape.</p>
<h3>5. Maintenance </h3>
<p>After pouring sealant, the traffic can be open after the sealant become cool enough and dust cleared up. The general cooling time is around 15 minutes, the exact traffic opening time can be flexible according to the temperature conditions.</p>
