<p>To further implement the spirit of the Ministry of Transport Working Conference, to better meet the "twelfth-five" National Trunk Highway Maintenance and inspection work, accelerating the transformation and industrialization from scientific and technological, and further promote the "four traffic" Construction and Development. July 29, 2015 grand opening the China Institute of Highway construction and Maintenance technology National in Qingdao, Shandong Province, more than 400 experts from across the country attended the meeting. The conference co-organized by Xugong Group road machinery division.</p>
<p>Secretary-General of China Highway Institute Liu Wenjie attended the opening ceremony, he said,pavement construction is to create wealth,road maintenance is to protect wealth, both are equally important.For roads, the conservation is the most effective wealth accumulation. Since "Twelve Five", China's highway construction has big development. Highway Construction have both quantity expansion, but also a qualitative improvement. Highway construction needs to be a reasonable maintenance to extend the life of the road. </p>
<p>Asphalt road maintenance is an important means to consolidate the achievements from construction,is an important way of sustainable development, is the trend development of the road. In the future, technology innovation is needed to strengthen road maintenance, in particular the need to strengthen the durability of pavement materials research and technology, road traffic safety technology research, exploration line with market rules and other conservation system to raise the overall level of quality road construction.</p>
