For those of you who missed out on the Galaxy Foamposites and are still pissed this may not come as much consolation but there are still several more fresh pairs to pick up. In a few short weeks you will be able to line up yet again for a pair of nike huarache‘s in this vibrant electrolime colorway and boy does it ever stand out. The shoe features black nubuck accents but the presence of its electrolime foam upper really overpowers everything including the translucent outsole. Look for these to drop on March 17th.
Before the NBA All-Star weekend, Penny Hardaway did a phone interview on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club”, in which he discussed his popular nike huarache womens sneaker. He said that he had a lot of input into the design of the shoes, discussing the looks and colorways with the guys at Nike about six months before the sneakers dropped.He also talked a bit about the Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” as well as what he would be rocking during the celebrity game. The highlight of the interview was definitely the portion in which he said he was trying to release all white and all black colorways in the shoe.
Earlier today we previewed two colorways in the nike air max 95 cheap that Penny Hardaway rocked during the Celebrity All-Star game. We originally thought that he rocked the Nike Air Foamposite One “White-Out” PEs for the second half, but we are now learning that it was another pair created specially for the occasion.“Penny called me and said, “˜Hey, I need a favor,'”laughs NSW Design Lead Marc Dolce. “He said he was going to be participating in All-Star Weekend at the Celebrity game and needed some shoes. He wanted a Foamposite that he could either play in or wear throughout the weekend that would tie back into when he played with the Magic and his time there.”Dolce explains. “His request was that he wanted it to be white and have stars on it.”
Within the next year, Jordan Brand is bringing back, for the first time in history, the Air Jordan VI “Maroon”, and they’re doing so in proper manner.
