The motor type brushless DC water pump is composed of a brushless DC motor and an impeller. The shaft of the motor is connected with the impeller. There is a gap between the stator and the rotor of the water pump. When the water is used for a long time, the water will penetrate into the motor and increase the possibility of motor burnout.
Advantages: Brushless DC motors have been standardized (such as ordinary fans or brushless motors on DVD), and have been produced by a large number of specialized manufacturers, with low cost and high efficiency.
Disadvantages: Cannot be applied to loads that are constantly changing in size and direction (similar to machines that are smashed on construction sites, which are highly demanding in the industry). The grade is not high and it is easy to cause malfunction.
