<p>Establish the standard operating procedures of crack sealing machine, to ensure the normal operation of equipment also ensure the safety of equipment use and effectiveness.</p>

<p>Divided the glass pouring to two parts: insert the thick glass tube with thin mouth to the steel set of pouring equipment,put the leather cushion,thin glass tube with thin mouth equipped with spring and leather cushion,steel cover, put together with the two parts,tightening the steel cover.</p>
<p>Connected the up and down mouth of pouring machine with shorter rubber tube. Equipped the piston on the tube, connect the up piston and syringe needle with rubber tube, fixed the syringe needle on the frame, tightening the screws.</p>
<p>Equipped the bottom of pouring on the pouring frame of the crack sealing machine, fixed the up of poring up the stem casing.</p>
<p>Connect the piston from the bottom of pouring,the down piston should connect the one side of glass lined three joint,the other mouth linked with another bottom of pouring with the rubber tube,middle of the up mouth connected with the rubber tubes and clamped by haemostatic forcps.</p>
<p>Linked the dowm mouth with the bottom piston bylonger rubber tube, put into the bottle of filtered to wash and pouring the system. </p>
