<h3>1、According to thickness options</h3>
<p>1)When compacted asphalt concrete pavement,the choice should be according to the weight of the roller, mix paving thickness, amplitude and frequency of vibration. Usually it will use an amplitude of 0.35 ~ 0.60mm of 2 ~ 6t small vibratory roller when the layer thickness is less than 60mm thin, iwhich can avoid stacking, from wave damage and aggregate phenomena;</p>
<p>2)Meanwhile, in order to prevent asphalt mixture to be too cold, rolling should be after the paving quickly. High amplitude (up to 1.0mm), 6 ~ 10t medium-sized vibrating rollers if thicknesses than 100mm thick overlay.</p>
<h3>2、According to the type of road (level) selection</h3>
<p>1)、For level one, two national trunk roads and vehicle-specific way, there is the large vibrating roller compaction with higher capacity 6 ~ 10t; For the level three roads or below or infrequent compaction pavement, preferably with 2t flexible vibrating roller.</p>
<p>2)、For cement concrete pavement, it should choice the tires can be driven tandem vibratory rollers;</p>
<p>3)、For asphalt concrete pavement, it should choice the full-drive vibratory roller;</p>
<p>4)、For advanced underlying pavement subgrade, the best selection is tires or tire roller drive vibratory roller compaction, to obtain a uniform solidity;</p>
<h3>3、According to the quality request of project</h3>
<p>1)To obtain a uniform compaction density, the choice is tire roller. Tired roller does not damage the soil original viscosity during rolling, there is good binding properties between the layers of soil, combined with the front wheels which can swing it more uniform compaction, there will be no false compaction.</p>
<p>2)To make the payment compaction level off, the choice is drive roller.Where there is less demanding for roller compaction capacity, the all-wheel-drive roller is enough.Where there is less demanding for compaction capacity, the choice can be a low pressure line and mobile and flexible roller.To achieve a fast compaction effect, the large-tonnage roller can short the project time.</p>
