<p>Economic and environmental benefits is getting more and more attention and recognition,practice shows this technology has good effects on compacting soil and asphalt pavement.</p>
<p>From the 1950s,vibration compaction technology has made great development,occupied absolutely advantage in the roller market.But the vibration compaction still can not solve the all problems,for example,the refine compaction to the bridge surface, pack and residential area.</p>
<p>The vertical acting is not good. And, strong vibration only can make the material dispersed or broken on the unstable soil,which can not achieve the density. During the rolling process,vibratory roller rely on a strong exciting force to be transit vibration energy to material, it exits by the roller wheel shock the pavement to achieve the kneading action on the material and rapid compaction. </p>
<p>Vibration roller make vibration sports by the changing the direction of two eccentric block which changes one direction by turn one circle.</p>
